Description

Heart and symbol of Christianity in the world, the “new” Basilica in the Vatican is the symbol of the Vatican State; it was begun in 1506 by the will of Pope Julius II with an assignment to the great architect Donato Bramante through the complete demolition of the ancient pre-existing Constantinian basilica. The construction of the church was attended by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger, Carlo Maderno and Gian Lorenzo Bernini who built the monumental Piazza San Pietro. The wonderful dome, slightly  smaller than that of the Pantheon, was designed and built by Michelangelo Buonarroti and finished by the architect Giacomo della Porta. The remains of the saint are kept under the canopy of the altar. Tedora dedicates this unmissable Charm to St. Peter’s Basilica and to you who carry it in your heart.

Compatible with Pandora, Vivara and Trollbeads bracelets, the Charms are in pure 925 silver and hand forged by Tedora, a famous Tuscan laboratory specializing in the creation of unique miniatures dedicated to Italian traditions and monuments.
